| 1. X1 and X3 start with a puck. Next rotation X2
and X4 will start with puck.
2. On whistle, X1, X2, X3 and X4 begin skating. When X1 and X3
get to top of circle in own zone, they make a long pass to the player
opposite on their side of the ice.
3. X2 and X4 must remain wide to accept the pass.
4. X1 and X3 can cut to the middle after they release the pass.
4. X2 and X4 accept the pass in stride trying not to misplay puck
or lose speed.
5. At this point, X1 and X2 will operate as a pair as will X3 and
X4.
6. X1 cuts over onto X2's side of the ice as does X3 onto X4's
side. This is done to avoid a collision.
7. X2 hits X1 with a pass in stride. X2 will follow behind X1 cutting
to the middle. X4 passes the puck to X3 and also cuts behind X3.
8. At this point, X1 and X3 will be wide with the puck.
9. X1 and X3 can shoot or curl back to hit the trailer (X2 or X4),
but all players should attack the net with game speed and urgency.
